Lisee is 8 years old (she’ll be 9 at the end of January) and was adopted from St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare center when she was 3 months old. She’s a 50-pound mix of Lab Retriever, Beagle, and Siberian Husky. Lisee is sweet, gentle, well-behaved, playful, and loves to snuggle. She loves her daily walks and does well if she has to be left home alone during the day. She’s good with other dogs and kids (I have never seen her interact with cats but I have a feeling she’d do well with them too). Lisee is healthy and the only medication she takes is her monthly heartworm/flea/tick tablet and glucosamine, which doesn’t require a prescription and which we order from Amazon. Her vet recently recommended the latter to help with occasional brief/minor limping that we noticed after long walks or very fast running.
