My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Daisy is officially ready to find her forever family and start her new life. Much like her sisters Beauty and Minnie, Daisy is an incredibly sweet girl with a heart full of love to give. She is looking for a home where she can strike the perfect balance between being an adventurous explorer who does fun dog things and being a pampered, spoiled princess. Daisy is a social girl who would do wonderful in a household with other dogs, cats, and children of all ages. She is fully vetted and eager to leave the shelter behind for a home of her own. If you are looking for a gentle and well-rounded companion to complete your family, Daisy is waiting for you.If you would be interested in giving me a furever home, please contact The Humane Society of Adams County, Inc. at (937) 544-8585 to set up a time to come meet me and fill out an adoption application!

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process is made up of two parts. Upon a decision to adopt an animal we require an application for adoption that asks questions such as housing and veterinary references. We then check references and may require a home visit. Upon approval you will fill out a contract for adoption and pay the adoption fees. Adoption fees are based on age and vetting required.
