My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Luma. A Firecracker Full of Personality! 🩶

Born in foster care in February 2025 to Mama Ember and Papa Ash, Luma is a bold, energetic girl who’s always on the go. She’s full of life, mischief, and just enough chaos to keep you laughing.

Luma lives for zoomies, exploration, and doing things her way. She’s not a fan of being picked up (a lady needs her space!), but she loves freedom to run, jump, and investigate every nook and cranny. With all that energy, she’ll need a bunny-proofed space and plenty of stimulation, otherwise, she may channel her inner home designer and start remodeling (TLDR, she can be a bit destructive if bored!).

While she was raised with her sister, they’ve decided post-spay that sisterhood isn't forever. Because of this, Luma would prefer to be the only bunny in the home. She might accept a rabbit friend with a very slow, careful introduction, but she’s perfectly happy being the center of your bunny universe.

Luma gets along with respectful dogs, cats, and children who understand her need for space and independence. She’s a free-spirited girl who would thrive in a bunny proofed room, or large, enriched pen where she can express her wild side safely.

Think you can keep up with this crazy, lovable girl? Visit Rabbit Advocates to learn more about the adoption process and fill out an application!

Additional adoption info

Rabbit Advocates is committed to rescuing homeless and abandoned domestic rabbits, and helping them find excellent forever homes. Because these rabbits live with foster providers as members of the family, foster providers can offer helpful information about the rabbit’s personality, favorite foods, housing needs, bunny-proofing tips, and any other questions applicants may have. All Rabbit Advocates bunnies are spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
