I am trying to help rehome a sweet German Shepherd named Daisy. She's 6 years old and loves to calmly sit next you and get her ears scratched. Her owners moved and we're not able to take her with them. When we found out they were going to euthanize we decided to foster her and find her a home (unfortunately we cannot keep her past Christmas)
Daisy is an outside dog and therefore is not house trained. However, we are brining her inside at night (in our mudroom) and have had zero issues. I believe with the right owner she could easily learn new skills and become a wonderful house pet. She's incredibly intelligent, calm, and obedient. She simply needs someone willing to put in the effort to help her adapt to a new setting. She is not spayed but is current on her shots as well as flea/tick/heartworm meds. She gets along well with our large dogs and is good with children and adults. She simply wants someone to love her.
