Meet Popeye,
Popeye is an amazing three year old Maltese Terrier mix who loves to snuggle and play with toys. He is wonderful with other dogs and would do best in a home with someone who works remotely. He is the sweetest little guy and walks great on a leash! Popeye was rescued from a high kill shelter where he was left in the back medical room. He has wonky little eyes that are adorable and makes him extra special. He has the cutest little smile and exudes happiness every single day, despite what he’s been through.
