He's a reserved and thoughtful boy who prefers to take things at his own pace. While Billy isn't a fan of affection just yet, he shows his personality in other ways, especially if treats or string toys are involved. He may be quiet, but his curiosity shines through once he feels comfortable. Billy (along with his sister Dolly) is looking for a patient, understanding home that will let him blossom!
