If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We are moving internationally and our hearts are breaking because we can't take Zena.
We have fostered many dogs, but Zena is special. She is, without a doubt, the most loving and affectionate soul we have ever met. She came to us with a hard history, but she has blossomed into a playful, goofy, and deeply devoted dog.
Who is Zena? She is a house-trained, clever, quiet girl who loves food and snuggles. She is the kind of dog that looks at you with total adoration.
Who is she looking for? Zena needs to be the only pet in the home (no dogs or cats, please). Because of her past, she is protective and needs a calm environment where she can feel safe. We aren't sure about kids, so an adult-only home or one with older teens would be best.
Adoption Fee: Waived! We just want her safe. If you have space on your couch and no other pets, please come meet her. She will change your life
