My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I GIVE MEANING TO THE SAYING GENTLE GIANT!

I am the most gentle boy you will ever meet! Please don’t let my size fool you—I think I was a Chihuahua in my previous life because I want to sit on your lap!

If you have crumbs or sauce on your chin, you won’t need a napkin—I’ll take care of that for you! I love, love, love to give kisses to everyone I meet. Big or small, I don’t discriminate—I will lick them all!

Some of my best features? My fawn, shiny, soft, and silky coat. And my eyes? Definitely a showstopper!

When I smile, I can light up the whole room, and that’s exactly what I live to do—make you smile! I’m always finding new ways to keep you happy.

I’m active, well-trained on a leash, and my manners are on point. My family didn’t want to give me up, but they had no choice.

The only thing you’ll ever have to worry about with me? Sharing your snacks—because I am a snacker! The only thing not safe around me is a bag of Cheetos!

I’m great with kids, but no small dogs or cats for me, please!

Carter is in Chicago, and we are able to bring him to Naperville, IL for pick up for the right adopter!
