My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Kona— the sweet, snuggly explorer!
This adorable pup is a happy mix of curious and cuddly. She loves to play, but she’s just as content curling up next to you for a nap once she’s had her fun. Kona is good with dogs, cats, and kids — she’s a well-rounded little lady who fits right in wherever she goes.

She’s doing amazing with her potty training and has been keeping her kennel clean with no accidents in the house. Crate training is still in progress, but she’s learning and gaining confidence every day. Having another dog nearby really helps her feel secure and relaxed, so she’d love a furry sibling to show her the ropes.

Kona is a gentle, loyal soul who just wants to feel safe and loved. If you’re looking for a sweet, easy-going puppy to share your days with, she might be your perfect match.

More about this rescue

We help animals who are in need by placing them in a loving foster home, providing medical care, and finding the perfect home for that animal to live in for the rest of its life. Tails of Hope takes mainly dogs, but has occasionally helped other animals in need. We take animals in through shelters and other rescue organizations, as strays, or as owner surrenders from people in our local communities.
