Billy is laid back, sweet, and incredibly easy to have around. He loves to snuggle, loves to sleep right next to you, and is happiest just being close. If you sit down, he’ll probably be there within seconds, ready for cuddles. His interests also include being a foodie, with a special love for turkey and steak. Billy gets along with everyone - people, kids, dogs, and other cats (once he’s sure they’re friendly too). He truly just wants to love and be loved. Partners for Pets is a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue located in Troy, IL. Since our opening in 2003, Partners for Pets has rescued and re-homed over 21,000 cats and dogs, who would have otherwise been euthanized in local area animal control facilities. Partners for Pets works diligently to help local area animal control facilities reach no-kill status by opening our doors to the neglected, sick, weak, and injured. No matter their chances of survival, we do everything in our power to give these animals a second chance at life-a life that is full of the love, care, and compassion that they were lacking before.
