Due to the Covid 19 pandemic all scheduled in person fundraisers have been cancelled or put on hold, as a result the dogs are in Dire Need of donations to cover rescue expenses such as spay/neuter, vaccines and other needed tests, treatments and recommended medical care,Flea/ tick and Heart-worm prevention, grooming, quarantine, transport and necessary crates, beds, leashes, dishes, food, medications and their other rescue and care related expenses. Dogs in the south also are depending on your donations to cover their shelter pull fees, boarding, vet checks and travel permits, transport north, quarantine etc, Please Donate now, we are all volunteers so everything given goes to the dogs, as it should. thanks in advance.

We CONSIDER MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS on each Dog to enable us to best match the unique requirements of individual dog. WE RECOMMEND you consider the “Match me” option when filling out your form; We get many applications on each dog listed, Lots apply…We can’t split a dog 30 ways so if we find you maybe a good boxer home we’d like to suggest other dogs who we feel might make a good fit.

REQUEST APPLICATION, Fill it out entirely & hand sign, Submit as a PDF attachment to email. Then Once received we’ll verify your info, interview your vet, check references, call you & for an interview then if all goes well we’ll set up a home,visit, if our adoption committee agrees your application, home visit etc is a potentially good fit, we’ll setup a meet & greet for you, your family & existing dog. Then at doggie meet-greet If all parties are found in agreement that you are a good fit then the adoption can take place that same day with cash payment of adoption donation and singed adoption contract.

We make a lifelong commitment to the wellbeing of each dog we rescue, therefore if at ANY TIME in pet's life adopter is not able to properly care for or no longer wants dog: adopter can not give away, sell, surrender, or re-home our dogs the ADOPTER must CONTACT US immediately to setup dog’s direct RETURN to us in southern VT.

We are a volunteer run rescue that saves BOXER & other brachiocephalic breed dogs from shellers, in addition to those abandoned, unwanted or in some cases we take Owner Surenders. We give each Boxer the best quality of life in carefully selected volunteer foster homes where they live like family until dog is fully vetted, started with crate training, and rehabilitated & then adopted when they are deemed ready and the right forever home is found. We believe no animal should be put to sleep for being stray, homeless, abused, or unclaimed at a kill shelter. We Love all dogs..
