Meet Morticia!
Morticia may share her name with the iconic matriarch from The Addams Family, but this little lady’s charm is anything but spooky. With her playful personality and confident attitude, she’s the kind of pup who brings life and laughter wherever she goes. Morticia was rescued from a property with many dogs by a kind independent rescuer and has already proven herself to be a true survivor—she bravely battled and beat parvo, showing just how strong and spirited she really is.
This adorable girl loves to play, especially with her toys and her doggie friends. She gets along great with other dogs and isn’t afraid to take charge during playtime—Morticia likes to think she’s the boss of her siblings! She’s currently working on her house training and picking things up quickly with consistency and encouragement.
As a young puppy, Morticia will need continued training, structure, and patience to help her grow into the amazing dog she’s meant to be. With her resilience, smarts, and sparkle, she’s sure to make every day feel delightfully bewitching. She was born on May 15, 2025, and is currently being fostered in Fort Worth, Texas.
OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS, COLORADO, OR PENNSYLVANIA BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information.
All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas, Colorado, or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).
Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
