Cricket is an older kitten who was recently transferred from a local rescue. A beautiful tuxedo kitten, Cricket has tested positive for FIV. However, this diagnosis should in no way deter you from meeting and adopting him. FIV+ cats live normal lives and the disease is not highly contagious to other cats. With regular check ups (as all cats should have) he is unlikely to need any special care, and should have a normal lifespan. He would love to continue to live with his pal Georgie, but as an older kitten he could be adopted on his own. Adoption by appointment only with an approved adoption application. Please go to www.easelnj.org/adopt to submit an adoption application. Someone will be in touch within 48 hours.
