I am Sam, a sweet boy. I love being petted and held, and sitting in laps, but oddly, I don`t like being picked up. I`ll need a special person or two who can help me acclimate at my own pace. I am looking for a quieter place to settle in - loud noises are difficult for me. I very much enjoy my sister Abi`s company. It would be great to go to a new home with her, but we will also be fine if we are adopted separately. I am curious about other cats and would probably do fine with a welcoming kind cat. Your patience with me will be rewarded with a lifetime of love.

Our all-volunteer feline rescue group is non-profit and no-kill. We have served our area of MA since 2002.
Our mission is to reduce the suffering of homeless cats, with a focus on cats in Central Massachusetts. Our programs include trap-neuter-release, placement of working cats, and adoptions of pet cats. We rely heavily on community involvement -- through volunteerism, fostering, and community awareness.
We welcome new volunteers and donations! See our website, https://www.carmah.org/ for more information.
