I’m Lovelace, a solid black female kitten—one of eight adorable kittens who were discovered in a vacant apartment, all alone and in need of help. Thankfully, a kind young woman rescued us and brought us to Animal Ark, where we’ve been showered with love, tasty meals, and plenty of playtime. We’re a lively bunch—three girls and five boys—named after the characters from the movie Happy Feet. While our past with dogs and young children is a bit of a mystery, we do best with gentle, respectful introductions. For that reason, we’re not suited for homes with children under five. To help us grow into well-socialized, confident cats, Animal Ark requires that kittens like us be adopted in pairs or placed in homes with a resident cat or kitten. We learn best from each other—and trust us, the snuggles and zoomies are twice as fun! If your heart is ready for nonstop purrs, playful antics, and unconditional love, come visit us at Animal Ark.
