Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Willow is Sponsored by Baby Mia.
Meet Willow 🌿 Willow is a clever, independent lady with a calm presence and a thoughtful way of moving through the world. She enjoys observing her surroundings, choosing her friends carefully, and soaking up affection on her own terms. She may do well with certain cats, but she’s selective and appreciates having her own space to decompress.
Willow has Idiopathic Cystitis (FLUTD), a manageable condition that simply means she needs a bit of daily and monthly support to stay comfortable and healthy. She receives monthly Adequan injections and takes a daily Zylkene capsule sprinkled on her food—both of which she handles like a champ. Her care routine is straightforward and has been helping her feel her best.
Despite her medical needs, Willow is a wonderful companion who enjoys gentle pets, soft voices, and a predictable, loving environment. She’s not demanding, but when she chooses you, her quiet affection is incredibly rewarding.
If you’re someone who respects boundaries, appreciates a smart and sensitive cat, and doesn’t mind helping with a simple care routine, Willow could be a truly special addition to your home. 🐾
If you are interested in meeting me, the shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday 11am – 5pm, Sunday 11am-4pm (Winter Hours). If you’d like to schedule an appointment, check out the pets’ profile on our website at newberganimals.com to fill out an application and email to frontdesk@newberganimals.com.Due to COVID-19, we are currently only open by appointment. Please follow the instructions on each pet profile.

We are receiving multiple applications on every pet. If we do not call you to do an adoption, please do not consider it a rejection. We simply have a lot of applications coming in and very limited staff.
Adoption Applications do not place holds on pets, nor do we do pre-adoptions.
Rather than doing first-come-first-serve adoptions, Newberg Animal Shelter considers all applications and chooses the home that is the best fit for that particular pet. We want the adoptions to be happy and successful for the family and the pets.
Our adoption fees include spay/neuter, and at least their first set of vaccines, and microchip.
