My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bonnie is a bright, confident young pup with a naturally protective instinct and a big heart. Quick to learn and eager to please, she already shows the awareness and steadiness that make for an excellent flock guardian. Of all her litter, she is the most vigilant and ready to bark at coyotes at night.

Though one of the smaller pups in her litter of nine, Bonnie is bold and determined—fearless at mealtime and spirited in play, yet respectful of boundaries.

She takes after her mother, Saskia, who is an exceptional and trustworthy guardian of livestock. Bonnie has grown up with chickens, goats, cats and kittens, dwarf goats, a llama, and cattle. Any and all of these will be part of the flock she guards along with her humans.

Bonnie has received her first round of vaccinations and has not been spayed. Her father is pure Bouvier and her mother is Pyrenees/Anatolian cross. We expect her to grow to 75-80lb and be very athletic. She will thrive in a working or rural environment where her intelligence and instinct to protect can truly shine. If kept as a domestic pet, she will need daily exercise of at least two hours.
