Don’t be fooled by Pax’s grumpy face. She’s the sweetest thing! Pax and Devi came from a loving and nurturing home. Unfortunately, their owner passed away. Now they’re at our shelter waiting for some to provide them with another peaceful home. Where they can continue their cozy lap cat life.

Pets Alive is a no-kill animal shelter, located in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, about 1 1/2 hours from New York City. Our mission is to build a humane community supporting the human-animal bond by being a resource through rescue, adoption, intervention, education, and outreach.
