Born November 11, 2023. Lincoln is a mix bred with heavy blue heeler in him like Bluey the cartoon! We live in McLean VA.
Lincoln does not bark much and is a protector / herder. He can often be found just sitting in a herder mode just watching others. He loves to play and run when chased. Lincoln can be nervous around new people but warms up to them quickly. Although anxious at times, he is very attentive to others. Although he has lived in a home with 4 kids, he maybe better off in a home with less children as he often seemed over stimulated. When he has a chew toy, he will resource guard it. Responses well to training with treats.
Lincoln is out of the puppy phase, house trained, and well mannered. He does have a tendency to jump to meet others.
Needs a family that can give him the attention he deserves. He should have more walks and time to run outside. We want him to have a great home. All vaccines current.
Reasons to re home are in rental house now and he needs more attention.
