Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Bones! 🦴💛 Bones is the total package — handsome, goofy, and full of heart. This 5-month-old Lab mix is pure puppy perfection with his shiny black coat, tan accents, and those big, soulful eyes that make it impossible not to smile back. He has the cutest expressive face and an endearing mix of curiosity and confidence that makes him absolutely irresistible.
Bones is super sweet and affectionate, always ready to stick by your side for cuddles or adventures. He walks beautifully on leash and would make the perfect hiking or exploring buddy. He’s also smart and communicative — he knows how to tell you what he wants, whether it’s belly rubs or playtime.
He’s also a quick learner who’s already crate trained and catching on to everything quickly. He gets along wonderfully with kids, cats, and other dogs. Bones is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find a family who will adore him just as much as he’ll adore them. ❤️
RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the New England area and delivered in RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. To get a application please go to:

A potential adopter will submit an application. A vet reference is very helpful and will speed the adoption process along. Once approved, a phone interview will be conducted and the adopter will sign a contract. Transport will then be scheduled to bring the new pet home.
