If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Cashew is a kitten that we have been fostering since her birth! We found her pregnant momma wandering hungry outside in freezing weather, and knew we had to take her in to save her and find her a home, and keep her from being put down in shelters.
Momma Pistachio (pictured) is also listed for adoption here!
Cashew is a small girl, has the softest fur, and is remarkably affectionate. She’s not big on being held, but she is a master of the dolphin pets, and very very affectionate and loving, and will come cuddle with you frequently. She loves to greet you in the morning with lots of purrs and pets! She’s curious, fun, playful, silly, and very charming.
She’d do alright on her own (with lots of love, play, and affection), or as a pair with her momma Pistachio!
She has been an indoor cat only, and would do best remaining to be so. She’s been rabies vaccinated, but due to costs, we weren’t able to keep up with the rest of her vaccines, but she did have a few rounds.
