Hi I’m Romy, a terrier mix and 20 lbs. of snuggles. Sadly, I was abandoned with a lot of other dogs when a rescue closed. Can you help me find my forever home?â€¨â€¨I LOVE toys and playing with other dogs! I’m good with cats too. I’m a little shy though upon first meeting and prefer no small children please. They scare me.

Not to brag, but I’m super smart. I’m the kind of smart that keeps you on your toes, so I need a human who appreciates a dog with brains and will keep my mind as active as my body.

Additional adoption info

We require a completed adoption application available on our website. We will request either a veterinarian contact or two personal references.

Our adoption donation is $425 for young and adult dogs and $350 for seniors. Each of our dogs is spayed or neutered, health checked by a veterinarian, teeth are cleaned if necessary, microchipped, groomed and are current on all shots. They also come with a leash, collar and harness.

Our dogs are available for meeting and greeting by appointment in the Los Angeles area. We do our best to match dogs to their best "Forever Homes."

Bichons and Buddies is a not-for-profit organization based in and serving Southern California. Our goal is to rescue Bichons, Bichon mixes and other small dogs who can no longer live with their original guardian or guardians.
