Adoption forms are required to be submitted prior to us setting up appointments to view the dogs. Forms can be found at www.cleoskarmacaninerescue.com in the Adoptable Dogs section, or we can email them out. Adoption trials are permitted on a case by case basis for our adult dogs. Adoption contracts and adoption fees are required for all adopters. Adoption fees are $250 for each adult dog, and $300 for puppies under 6 months of age.
