Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bessie is a sweet girl who is the Houdini of the group. Always busy and looking for a way out of the enclosed yard. Listens and obeys, seeks out her person for love and rubs.

She is very smart and has already learned “sit, “down”, “stay”, “come” and is learning to take treats gently. A very happy pup.

All of the litter and mama bark at stranger dogs but it is in greeting, not aggressive.

On many occasions we do a foster to adopt to make sure your new pet is a good fit.

We are an all-volunteer rescue and do our best to respond to emails, phone calls, applications and other requests in a timely fashion. As stated in our application confirmation email, expect a 5 day response time on applications. However, due to an overwhelming demand for adoptions of puppies and dogs, you may have to wait longer for a response and we apologize.
