My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ROBERT – Pug | 4 Years Old DOB: 11/03/2021 | 16 pounds | Healthy, Vaccinated & Neutered

Robert is a lovable, easygoing Pug with a big heart and an even bigger personality! At 4 years old, he’s past the wild puppy phase but still full of charm, affection, and playful energy. Robert adores being near people, curling up for cuddles, and spreading joy everywhere he goes. His sweet little snorts and soulful eyes make him impossible not to love.

Breed Info:
Pugs are known for their affectionate nature and delightful sense of humor. They thrive on companionship and enjoy being close to their humans. With their sturdy build and adaptable temperament, Pugs fit beautifully into families, singles, or retirees’ lives alike.

Owner Responsibilities:

  • Keep him cool and safe — Pugs can overheat easily.

  • Regular grooming for his short coat and wrinkle care.

  • Maintain a balanced diet and exercise to prevent weight gain.

  • Daily love, attention, and routine — Pugs don’t like being left alone for long.

Things to Consider Before Adopting:

  • Do you have time every day to play, cuddle, and care for a dog?

  • Are pets allowed where you live?

  • Do you travel or move often? Dogs need consistency.

  • Will you commit to training, vet visits, and lifelong care?

  • Dogs are family — they rely on you completely.

Vet Care:
Robert is healthy, vaccinated, and neutered, but please visit your own vet soon after adoption to establish care and keep him on track.

The 3-3-3 Rule & Commitment for Life:
The first 3 days are for decompressing — everything is new, so give him space and reassurance.
The first 3 weeks are when he’ll start learning your home, your schedule, and your heart.
The first 3 months are when trust blooms, and he’ll know he’s truly home.
Adoption is a lifetime promise — love, patience, and understanding go a long way.

Why Robert Would Be a Great Addition:
Robert is the kind of dog who makes every day a little brighter. He’ll follow you from room to room, ready to offer his love and gentle companionship. With his warm eyes and joyful nature, Robert will fill your home with laughter, comfort, and unwavering loyalty.
