My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Otterwas rescued and rehomed in 2016 . After a decade of dedication and love, his family dumped him. i got call from Charleston animal control that he was found and needed to be claimed. I got him back here safely and now he is ready for his forever home. he is house trained and gets along well with others. he is healthy with no issues.
