At 92 pounds, Frank is truly a big bundle of love! He has joined the prestigious Arkansas Paws in Prison Program, where he’s learning new commands and becoming an even better boy every day.
Frank is heartworm positive and currently undergoing treatment. He is fully vaccinated, microchipped, neutered, and on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention.

We have an application and a contract that must be completed by potential adopters. We must obtain information to speak to your veterinarian for current animal records. If a new pet owner, we must have permission to speak to your employer. If neither are available, we are unable to adopt a pet to you.
