💙 Bud | 10 Years Old | Maltese Mix
Wise, gentle, and full of love—this sweet senior is a heart-warmer.
Bud is a 10-year-old Maltese mix with a story that speaks to resilience and tenderness. He’s been through some skin issues that he’s steadily overcoming, and though he’s blind, his world is filled with love, trust, and calm companionship.
This sweet old gentleman is currently in foster care, where he’s proven to be an absolute sweetheart—quiet, loving, and grateful for every gentle touch and kind word. Bud may move at a slower pace than younger pups, but he makes up for it with endless affection and a heart that’s ready to share all the love he has.
If you’re worried about adopting a blind dog, Bud is here to show you it’s not as challenging as you might think. Blind dogs rely on their other senses—smell, hearing, and touch—to navigate their world, and with a little patience and consistency, they adapt quickly. Bud knows his foster home like the back of his paw and moves around confidently, proving that blindness doesn’t hold him back from living a happy, full life.
If you’re looking for a loyal senior companion who knows the true meaning of gratitude and devotion, Bud is waiting to fill your life with warmth, calm, and quiet joy.
