Sporty Spice is a total sweetheart who was found as a stray and is waiting for her person to come find her and take her home. She enjoys the company of other dogs, so she'd be the perfect companion for a multi-dog household. She has an old leg injury that causes her to limp sometimes, but she doesn't let it get her down. She's still happy and playful. She also loves attention! Sporty Spice is not a fan of the shelter environment and would love to get out as soon as possible. Come meet this sweet girl and see how much joy she could bring to your life!

Visit us Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM! All of our pets are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoption. Adoption fee: $45.00.

More about this shelter

The Chickasha Animal Shelter is a municipal shelter operated and funded by the City of Chickasha, Oklahoma. In addition to providing a safe environment for our adoptable animals we also are responsible for the enforcement of all animal related laws within the City of Chickasha and holding all stray animals that are located. In addition to these main roles, we also provide public Spay and neuter program with OkHumane, city pet licensing, and other educational services to our community.

We operate daily with a very limited staff supported by several amazing volunteers. We operate an active foster program and are always seeking to work with those in our community interested in assisting us in our mission.
