My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fontina is affectionately known as Moo-Moo. We bet you can guess why!

She is a sweet, spunky 1 yr old little girl (we think) that only weighs 33 pounds. She's a little beefcake!

Moo-Moo enjoys playing with her toys and other dogs. She also loves to be with her people - either cuddling on the couch or going on adventures!

The petite gal is potty trained and learning crate training - but she's so good that she can be left out alone in house and hasn't gotten in trouble!

Moo-Moo is very smart, treat motivated, and loves to learn and go on adventures!

Moo-Moo has done great with children, too!

More about this rescue

Adoption Option Dog Rescue Inc. is a nonprofit, foster-based animal rescue organization striving to decrease the number of dogs, cats, puppies and kittens in shelters. We pull unwanted dogs and cats, including pregnant and nursing mothers and their litters, from owners, pounds, animal shelters and other rescue groups and provide them with all needed medical care in loving, family-centered, foster environments before searching for adoptive families and forever homes. Adoption Option also rehabilitates and trains dogs who were abused and neglected. We seek to involve community members in rescue efforts through volunteer opportunities while educating citizens and adopters about how to best care for their pets.
