Parsnip came to HART, abandoned by his owners, and struggling to survive. His future is beginning to brighten….

Parsnip is a 9 year old neutered male tabby. His bowl is full now and he is beginning to gain weight. His fleas are history, and he is no longer covered in scabs. He loves attention and is beginning to trust that a closed door can always open again with a loving caring person on the other side. Can you be that person?
