Casta is a 9 month old female Hound mix, who has such a sweet gentle nature. She is a little shy when meeting new people, but warms up quickly with kind words and soft treats. She currently shares a pen with her brother Colt, and the two make a wonderful pair, often seen playing together or lounging side by side. One of Casta’s favorite places to relax is perched on top of a doghouse, quietly watching the world around her. Her calm, easygoing spirit makes her a joy to be around, and she seems happiest simply taking in life’s little moments. Casta has spent her young life growing up in the shelter, but her gentle resilience is truly inspiring. Despite the challenges, she has remained patient, kind, and oh-so-hopeful. What she dreams of now is her forever home - a place where she can finally feel safe, loved, and part of a family. With love and kindness, Casta is sure to blossom into a devoted companion who will return every bit of the love she’s given - and more.
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.
