Champion is a 1.5 year old male Pit mix, who is all ready to be your most loyal friend and companion. He is initially shy of new people he meets while in his cage, and may even back away at first. Yet at the same time, he gives this cute nervous smile and you can tell he TRULY wants to meet you - he’s just unsure. Once he is on a leash and walking along with you, Champion warms up. And after a short while, especially once he is away from the shelter noise, his happy smile and true joyful personality emerge. Champion has a great time playing with other dogs in the nearby play areas. Plus, he shows his sweet and very affectionate side while with you. All that Champion needs is the love and security of his forever family, and he will return that love a thousand times over!
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.
