Adoption steps
- Submit Application
- Please complete an Adoption Inquiry Form on our website (www.rescuecrew.org) if you are interested in meeting one of our adoptable pets.
- Approve Application
- Once submitted, one of our volunteer Application Processors will conduct necessary background/landlord/vet and reference checks.
- Meet the Pet
- Once your application has been processed and approved, it is forwarded along to the pets foster caregiver for review and to reach out to you
- Sign Adoption Contract
- Complete paperwork and fee electronically. No check needed (or accepted).
- Take the Pet Home
- Welcome Your Family Member Home! Coordinate with the pet’s foster to bring your new furry family member home.

The Rescue Crew is a foster-based rescue organization, but also manages The PURRfect Match Cat Adoption Center, which houses a small number of cats for adoption.
