Hola, I'm Percy! I'm a quiet and distinguished gentleman. I am pretty shy in new situations and it takes me a long time to warm up. I'm totally cool with other cats and might even benefit from having one around who wants to be my friend. I'm always gentle with people but I don't like loud sounds and I can often be found hiding in a safe space. I am always welcoming of petting in my bed and in the right calm home I will surely blossom with confidence. I was born outside and rescued by a nice person who took care of me until they could get me into a shelter.
