My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Davey Jones: The Unsinkable Explorer

Davey Jones is a cat of legendary spirit and boundless energy. He is the ultimate adventurer, demonstrating an unflappable curiosity that drives him to explore every corner of his world. His missing eye is not a hindrance, but rather a badge of honor that adds to his distinguished, rugged pirate look. For all his courage and daring, however, he is an absolute, demanding softie at heart. He is extremely cuddly and considers your lap to be his permanent anchor.... he'll maneuver himself into the tightest, warmest spot and settle in, purring loudly to confirm that he's home from the sea.

Davey Jones will be at Nine Lives Cafe and Cat Lounge 12/3/25 until 12/16/25. To schedule a time to meet him/her and other ARPO kitties, please visit ninelivescatcafe.com. Normal ARPO adoption requirements still apply.

If you are interested in adopting an ARPO pet, please visit our website at arporescue.org to learn more about our adoption process and complete our adoption application. ARPO limits adoptions to within 50 miles of Indianapolis. We do not have a shelter; all pets are in volunteer foster homes.
