Hi, my name is Waboose and I'm from Northern Minnesota!
From her foster: She has been here a couple of days and has hid and not eaten. She didn't hiss at me but wanted her space. The afternoon she did eat a treat packed (Churu stick), which was promising.
The good news is that tonight she came out from hiding when I sang to her. I was singing, "She's the prettiest girl around. The prettiest girl in town. She's got the cutest cutest toes and the sweetest, sweetest nose." I sang that and out she popped.
She looked at me like, "You're singing my song!" She crawled up in my lap to get lots of pets). She ran away when I stood up and went back under the bed to hide.
I think she is going to be a great cat and I see her actions as promising and she likes my singing so she has great taste, wink.

Since then, we have rescued over 29,000 dogs and cats with the help of thousands of fosters, volunteers, and supporters in our community.
