Meet Rowan! Rowan is a 4-year-old, 30-pound Plot Hound mix with the sweetest heart. He first came to the shelter in 2021, was adopted and returned in 2022, then adopted again and recently returned in 2025 due to his owner’s medical issues. Despite all the ups and downs, Rowan has remained a loving, gentle soul.
He’s a true lap dog who wants nothing more than to cuddle and shower you with affection. While he may be a little shy at first, once he warms up, he’s all love and loyalty. Rowan is not only sweet and lovable—he’s an absolute cutie who’s ready to finally find his forever home.
