Oscar is a 3 year 2 month-old 24 pound Terrier/Jack Russell mix who came to us from Animal Control October 16, 2025. He’s sweet, lively, and full of personality. He does have more energy than most, but it suits him perfectly. He just needs a little training and plenty of love to help him shine.
