Much like the beloved ketchup, Heintz is slow to go but so worth the wait! She is a puppy that is a bit shy when she is hanging out with humans. Add another dog and Heintz lights up like sunshine on a fall day. She is figuring out the potty training and walking on a leash. Being only 4 months old, she still has time to master this skill. Daily guidance and positive words of encouragement go a long way with Heintz. She enjoys belly rubs and being with kids. If the kids are giving the belly rubs…..mmmmm, so good.
Heintz is gentle, loving sweetness with a dash of spice, just a dash. She would be a fantastic addition to a first time puppy family. But, really she is looking for a family who will love her forever. Anticipation….it’s making her wait!

All interested adopters are encouraged to fill out an adoption application with us. Once the application has been approved, we set up a meet and greet with you, your interested pet, and their foster. If you have additional dogs, we will also do a dog mix.
Our adoption fee is $400 and our pups are spayed/neutered, vaccinated to their age, and microchipped. For senior dogs (over 7 yrs), we ask for a monetary donation of your choice to the rescue.
