My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bourbon is a sweet young Coonhound/Foxhound mix who just wants to be loved. He is great with people and other dogs and just wants to please--and sniff. He walks on a lead, though will still pull, sits for treats, and is learning to listen. He eats in his crate and will sleep in it too, though he is fine if confined to a room during the night--never has had an accident inside. He loves toys, food, and finding new scents. He will be a great family dog but needs to be part of the family. He is relatively submissive, loves to play and run with other dogs, and his foster family have debated about keeping him but can't really manage 5 dogs..

He has been wormed, is up-to-date on shots, and is neutered. We will be transferring him to an Albuquerque shelter on December 9, so don't delay!
