My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet joyous mister, Jingles, our courageous senior pig with plenty of energy, love, and affection to share!

Jingles is a handsome, plump 'potato' of a guinea pig and is a little over six years, considered a senior in the guinea pig world, but you wouldn't guess it for a second meeting him! Jingles loves to greet all of his human pals with a 'rumble' and sometimes even a kiss.

He's bold, curious, and spends most of his days burrowing in his hay piles, while simultaneously chowing down (extra soft hay is his favorite!), eating delicious snacks, and snuggling with his adoring foster family. Jingles has never been interested in a piggy bondmate, but is content living as a neighbor if there are other piggy pals in his future family!

**Jingles is currently in one of our loving foster homes! Please reach out to our Small Animal Coordinator at gdelbonis@parl.org if you would like to meet Jingles!**

**If you are interested in meeting Jingles, please complete an Adopter Profile form at www.parl.org/adopt and email gdelbonis@parl.org!**

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

The first step in our adoption process is to submit an adopter profile through our website. We then encourage you to visit PARL at 34 Elbow Street and get to know the animals we have available. You do not need an appointment, and we invite you to visit us often. PARL’s goal is to assist you in finding your best match for a lifelong companion.

When you arrive, you’ll sign PARL’s visitor log, and staff will direct you to PARL’s cat rooms, small animal spaces, or dog kennels (depending on your preference.) We encourage you to spend time outside with the dogs, or petting our cats and small animals. Please ask questions -- that's why we're here.

If you don't find what you are looking for the first time, please come see us again! Chances are that we will have some new furry friends available for adoption, and one of them might be purr-fect for you!
