Here's what the humans have to say about me:
11/30/25 07:37 Meet Toast, a labrador mix who`s always eager to greet new friends with a wagging tail and bright eyes. He’s incredibly friendly with people and loves nothing more than being part of the action.
This handsome boy is full of life and would thrive in an active home where he can stretch his legs, explore the outdoors, and burn off his big Labrador energy. Whether it’s a hike, a jog, or an enthusiastic game of fetch, Toast is all in! His treat motivation makes him a wonderful training partner—he’s smart, eager to please, and ready to learn all the good-dog skills you’d like to teach him.
At the shelter, Toast has shown himself to be social with other dogs, enjoying playtime and friendly interactions. He gets very excited during active moments, but one of his most endearing qualities is how he settles into calm companionship once he gets his energy out! Give him a soft spot to curl up and a human nearby, and he’s content!
Toast has shown some prey drive toward cats, so he’ll need a home committed to managing that behavior—ideally one without feline friends or with a family experienced in safe, structured introductions and training.
If you’re looking for a loyal, joyful, and affectionate companion who’s as ready for adventure as he is for quiet snuggles, Toast might just be your perfect match. He’s waiting patiently to love—and be loved—by his new family.
