Meet Sky, a 7-year-old Husky mix with a calm, gentle spirit and a heart full of love. She’s affectionate, loves cuddles, and enjoys playtime—especially if squeaky toys are involved (she prefers to keep those all to herself!).
Sky gets along well with other dogs after a slow introduction and tends to be a bit submissive. She’s even-tempered, house-trained, and kennel-trained, though she’d rather nap on a comfy dog bed than stay crated for long.
Rescued while pregnant, Sky gave birth to six puppies just two days later and proved to be an incredible, nurturing mom. Now that her pups have all found homes, she’s ready for her own forever family. She’s formed a strong bond with her humans and would love a home where she can be part of daily life.
Sky can be picky about her kibble, is vocal (true to her Husky side), and shows only mild curiosity about small animals. She’d do best with a patient, loving family who will enjoy her gentle companionship and sweet personality.

Once application is received, we review the information and contact you with any questions and coordinate for you to meet the animal.
Approve Application
After you have met the pet and the application is approved, you will need to complete the Adoption Contract.
Sign Adoption Contract
Once the Adoption Contract is signed you will be able to take home your new pet!
Home Check
We reserve the right to do home visits and contact your current vet if applicable with final adoption contingent on results.
