ADOPT SPENCER

Spencer (formerly Spruce) came to us from ACCT Philly. This sweet boy is quite literally the definition of “cuddle puddle”.

Spencer is a 6 month old hound mix (possibly boxer is our best mix guess). He’s neutered, UTD on vaccines and preventatives, and has a consult for his cherry eye coming up!

This boys favorite thing to do is melt in your lap for belly rubs. Unless there’s a tennis ball available to chase!

Spencer is dog friendly and loves to play. He adores every human he meets. He takes treats gently, and gives great kisses.

He is pretty well house trained, knows how to use a pee pad, quiet in his crate, and doing well with leash walking.

Noah's Ark Rescue Project and Sanctuary (NARPS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare organization which is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need, as well as educating the public on important issues, and implementing low cost vaccination and sterilization clinics. Our goal is to address vital contributing factors which lead to the overpopulation of domesticated pets. Overbreeding and overpopulation directly affects the number of animals who find themselves in shelters and in need of rescuing. NARPS is currently operating mainly as a foster based program, with ambitions to eventually have a facility to house for our rescues. We are not a breed or species specific rescue, At NARPS, big & small, hooves & paws, we rescue them all!
