My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ready to meet the Pasta Litter? 🍝 Macaroni, Tortellini, Ravioli, and Penne are 3 month old kittens that recently found their way into OFR! This litter is sweet and social - they all enjoy pets, playing, and are even happy to be held! What could be better? 😸

Penne is a brown tabby with some orange running through her coat, and she's hilarious because although she often carries a serious expression, it doesn't match her personality at all 😂 This kitten is as kind as can be, and she's got the best balance of loving her littermates while being human oriented too ❤️ She'll steal your heart as soon as you meet her. Penne will snuggle up to her people, snuggle with other cats, and play hard too! She enjoys lap time with her humans, and she's so excited when people come home - she'll run right up to greet you 🥰

She would love another kitty playmate in her forever home, and she can be adopted out with her sister, Ravioli, if you're looking for a pair 💕 Penne is kid friendly, and while she hasn't met dogs yet, she's certainly young enough for an easy adjustment following a slow introduction 🐕

Additional adoption info

Each pet that is available for adoption is in a foster home for a minimum of 2 weeks after being rescued. This allows the animal to decompress and show their true personality, which in turn helps us find their best match.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

Visit https://operationfreedomride.com/ and click "available pets" to see who is available for adoption.

Periodically we have adoption events around the greater Rochester, NY area; however, we largely rely on the application process to best match people/families with available pets and then set-up a meet and greet to make sure it's a great match before finalizing the adoption.
