Eva & Ana are two peas in a pod. They’re a package deal. At two years old, they are calm and loving and would do best in a quieter home. They get along with most other cats and dogs who are on the same gentle, calm wavelength as they are.

Ana is a laid back, loving girl whose favorite pastimes include snuggling in the bed, rolling in catnip, and occasionally chasing the red dot when she’s in a playful mood. When she is feeling especially relaxed, she’ll roll over on her back for tummy rubs (which she actually enjoys if they’re gentle). Really get her motor going and she may even happy drool! With a slow introduction, Ana gets along well with most other cats and calm dogs who respect her space. Ana is bonded with her sister, Evangeline (Eva)

Rescue/Shelter Description

The Village Mews was founded to improve the lives of stray, abandoned and displaced cats and kittens in upstate SC. We are a 501(c)(3), non-profit, in-home foster rescue. Our felines reside in caring foster homes, where they thrive in safe indoor environments. Any cat that is accepted into our foster program will remain with a loving foster family until adopted. Our volunteers work patiently with each cat providing them with medical care, socialization and rehabilitation. Once our cats are socially acclimated, in good health and have completed their medical requirements they begin their journey to finding their perfect forever homes.
As a volunteer based non-profit, we depend on the generosity and support of our Village. We are grateful for all monetary donations as well as in-kind donations such as dry/ canned food and litter. We rely on private contributions to continue our rescue efforts.
