Their adoption process

There is no fee to apply - we will contact you and discuss the pet.

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
Application is available on our website; PDF is 6 pages. Please complete and return by eMail.
  2. Interview
We will confirm receiving the application and schedule a phone interview; home visit or photos of the home along with reference checks.
  3. Sign Adoption Contract
After being matched to a dog and contact with the foster for virtual meet; travel date or 'take home' date decided, contract is emailed.
  4. Pay Fee
Adoption Fee is paid by Zelle, CashApp, Zeffy, Venmo, PayPal or Check. The adoption fee helps rescue cover medical costs for the dogs.
  5. Take the Pet Home
Our dogs are in foster homes in Brazoria County, Texas. Most dogs will TRANSPORT to their forever homes by 3rd party, rescue pays fees..

Go meet their pets

We do not have a facility; all of our dogs are in foster homes and the adoption process [approved application] is required to plan a meet and greet or virtual meet if still in Texas.

More about this rescue

Mission Statement: Volunteers Fueled by Caffeine and Compassion to help Care for Dogs in Today's Pet Crisis in Texas.

Our dogs come from at-risk shelters in TEXAS -focused on Fort Bend Co/Brazoria Co/Galveston Co/Harris Co., partnerships to help dogs in rural areas in South Texas and urgent Owner Surrenders due to loss or tragedy.

We are a small rescue and every things counts - every penny and each donation is a blessing. Most of the dogs require neuter, heartworm treatment and medications for various illness/injury before being cleared for adoption. Our dogs receive quality care in food, toys and hygiene while they recover and wait for forever homes.
