Mr Pennybags was named after the original Mr Monopoly man since he has the identical mustache and looks to be wearing the suit to match. He is part of the litter of 3 rescued from Harrisburg. As you can tell this boy is very affectionate and extremely playful. He's always on the go and usually picking on a sibling. He has a smile on his face no matter what he's doing and he just simply loves life.
