My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hades is a loving and sweet, however, slightly anxious 2-year-old Great Dane.
He came to us 1 1/2years ago by way of a private owner where we also got our other Great Dane.
He gets along well with both cats and dogs. We found that the rambunctious nature of small children is too much for his anxiety. He never bit but has lunged and nipped at both small children and strangers.
He has never had any formal training, as have none of our other dogs. This has only been a problem with Hades. He does not respond very well to leashes but he does know basic commands ie sit, stay. He is crate trained.Since he does not get along with the small children in our home, we have to have him crated unless his mistress Amanda is home. She is the one he responds to the best in the house and is his main caretaker. Hades has all his shots up to date and he is neutered. He gets bathed and groomed regularly. He has a lot of energy and would do well with adults and hopefully a fenced in yard.
